Lionel Bella has over 30-years of experience in developing hardware and software platforms, and solving the most salient technical challenges at some of the world's largest technology companies as well as VC-backed startups.
Lionel has a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from WPI, and an MBA from Babson College. Lionel serves as an advisor to early-stage companies within the WPI School of Business, and has been awarded various patents for his technology innovations.
Doug Nadeau FPE
Chief Technical Officer & Co-Founder
Doug Nadeau, PE is the President of RAN Fire Protection Engineering, P.C., Vice President of truVUE Inspection Technologies and an Instructor at UCLA Extension teaching fire protection. He is a licensed fire protection engineer, Certified Fire Protection Specialist, and LEED Accredited Professional. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in both Mechanical Engineering and Physics, along with a Master of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Doug has worked as a lead design engineer for fire protection and plumbing systems in all types of buildings for almost thirty years. His experience in the corrosion field began in 1994 when he served as a forensic investigator for the Department of Defense in the evaluation of metallic component failures. Doug has been inducted as a member of the Salamander Honor Society, been recognized for his leadership, original research and academic excellence. In 2008, he was one of the recipients of the 40 Under 40 Award by Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine.
Jason Signor PE
Chief Operating Officer
Jason Signor is a licensed Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional with a background in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems design and analysis. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and an Associates degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from Alfred State College in western New York. Jason branched out from consulting engineers and took his talents to the sales side of the HVAC industry selling engineered systems within the comfort cooling sector as well as the precision/process dehumidification concentrating in natatorium and indoor agriculture spaces. He continued to utilized his overall system knowledge obtained as a consulting engineer to create successful and profitable partnerships among various stakeholders within the industry from engineers, contractors, manufacturers and building owners.
